Notes
This drawing is said to be a portrait of the painter Nicolas Vleughels (1668-1737). The same figure wearing a beret appears in La Perspective (View through the Trees in the Park of Pierre Crozat) in the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston, dated about 1715.
